Our Services
Create your own trading bot to operate directly in your Binance or Pepperstone account through an API. Client needs to open an account and deposit funds into their exchange. Then generate the API credentials and include them at BrozBot. Client will be responsible for defining some of the parameters such as Take Profit, Stop Loss and Amount per trade. BrozBot will not hold the assets on behalf of the client, therefore user has 100% control of its funds. The great advantage here is that the user does not need to develop a trading strategy by himself.
FOREX BOT
Our Forex Bot trade the 6 most popular forex pairs (EUR/USD, GBP/USD, AUD/USD, USD/CAD, USD/JPY, GBP/JPY). Trading Signal is generated, determines the probability of success, based on historical data, account balance, equity, order sizing, current open positions, and in a fraction of a second, it can execute Buy and Sell orders. All trades have a STOP LOSS and TAKE PROFIT in place, each based on Fibonacci retracement/extension levels.
CRYPTO BOT
In Crypto, our BOT is continuing looking at the coins with largest trading volume and replacing the low volume coins by the higher volume coins daily. Depending on volatility, there can be anywhere between 5 and 10 trade setups on a typical day, and each trade setup may have between 1 and 12 entry points (buys and sells). These are very active strategies - an average day has 30 trades.
How to get started?
First step. Registering your account. For a limited time period, customers can take advantage of the 7-day-free-trial offer.
The second step. Access your Account. You can access your BROZBOT platform with your registered email and password.
The third step. API transaction authorization. The exchange account creates an API KEY with only trading permissions, and then submits the API KEY on the BROZBOT platform. BROZBOT will begin to trade. Remember that you need to have funds available at your Exchange in order for BROZBOT to operate on your behalf.

Risk Management
Most investment instruments have a risk of loss, and BROZBOT is no exception as an automated trading vehicle. However the trading assets on the account are completely controlled by the customer and we only provide technical services.
The customer only opens the API trading authority of the exchange account to BROZBOT. BROZBOT cannot extract any assets in the customer exchange account, and can only execute the trading order.
At the same time, customers can adjust the assets on the account according to their needs at any time.

Our Website provides information on trading robots, our trading strategies and brokers, and a facility to sign up to and use our services.
To access and use our services, you must register and open an account on our website (Account). Account holders may access a dashboard on our Website displaying the services in which they participate and the performance and status of those services.
1. Opening an Account
To be eligible to open an Account you must:
a) if an individual, be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract;
b) if a company, trust or partnership, be duly constituted under the law of the Country in which you conduct business;
c) have a valid email address; and
We may decline to open an Account for you if:
(a) you do not pass our identity check; or
(b) we reasonably consider it necessary, in order to limit the risk of money laundering or terrorism financing, fraud or any other breach of law.
You are responsible for maintaining and protecting the confidentiality of your login details, which consist of your e-mail address and password. We are not responsible for any unauthorised access to or use of your Account unless we have failed to take reasonable steps to prevent such access or use.

Except as we expressly authorise, you must not modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Website, in whole or in part.

7. Transferring your Account
You may ask us to transfer your Account to a third party by emailing support@brozbot.com and detailing your username, full name and email, and the full name, email and proposed new username of the person to whom you wish the Account to be transferred. We may request further information from you or the third party as necessary to effect the transfer.
8. Changes to terms and conditions
We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time. The updated terms will appear on our Website. If you do not agree to comply with the new terms and conditions, you must immediately cease using our Website.
9. General
Choice of law – This agreement and the relationship between you and BROZBOT shall be governed by the laws of Australia without regard to its international conflict of law provisions. You and BROZBOT agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sydney.
Waiver and severability of terms – Any failure on our part to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of this agreement remain in full force and effect.
No right of survivorship – All rights to your Account or information within your Account terminate upon the earlier of cancellation of your account or your death or wind-up. Upon receipt of a request for cancellation, a copy of a death certificate or notice of winding up, we will close your Account, provide a written statement of your Account to and transfer any assets that we hold on your behalf in accordance with the written direction of you or your duly appointed executor or administrator.
This Refund Policy is effective as of March 1, 2020.

PLEASE READ THE PROVISIONS BELOW CAREFULLY.
1. General Rule:
The Software provided by BrozBot are ‘digital services’ in the notation of European Union legislation. As a general rule, taking into account your possible opportunity to try the Software for free within the trial period, a refund is not granted after you have obtained access to the Software.
However we reserve the right to review every inquiry on a case-by-case basis.
2. We will NOT provide a refund if:
a. BrozBot has a reasonable suspicion your Client Account has been used for fraudulent activity;
b. BrozBot is required by law to suspend any financial transactions associated with your Client Account;
c. you have violated the Client Terms of Use;
d. if the Software was unavailable for the technical reasons with prior notification sent to you by email or displayed to you at the website or mobile application.
e. the payment at issue was made more than one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days ago.
3. We WILL provide full refund if:
a. You were not granted access to the Software, or your subscription was not activated within twenty-four (24) hours after full payment was successfully received due to any technical reasons under BrozBot responsibility;
b. The payment was erroneously performed more than once within our control: (a) for any services or products with identical functionalities, and (b) for the same period of usage, and (c) the time interval between repeated payment transactions is no more ten (10) minutes.
To receive a refund, requests must be submitted within twenty four (24) hours after the original payment was made in relation to paragraphs 4(a) and 4(b).
4. We WILL provide a partial refund if:
a. You chose a longer subscription period in error (for example: 3 months instead of 1 month). In these instances, your refund will be prorated, and any discounts that were applied when you subscribed to the Software will be subtracted from the amount we owe you. We will account for partial months in our refund calculation.
b. The Software was unavailable for a consecutive 72 hours period because of technical reasons within our control, and without prior notification to you (an “Outage”). In these instances, your refund will be calculated as 3/30 of the monthly subscription price you paid in the month when the Outages occurred for every calendar day when such incidents took place.
c. You haven’t used the Software (including, but not limited to: visiting of website, launching of mobile application, making requests via API etc. with your Client Account credentials) for several last consecutive periods of subscription. In this case the refundable amount is unused pre-paid amount (excluding current period), and any discounts that were applied when you subscribed to the Software will be subtracted from the amount we owe you.
To receive a partial refund, requests must be submitted within twenty four (24) hours after:
• the original payment was made in relation to paragraphs 5(a) and 5(c);
• the Outage was eliminated in relation to paragraph 5(b).
5. Final Provisions:
a. A full description of Software subscriptions and included services is available in the Terms of Use.
b. You may take advantage of a refund for each disputed payment only once. If partial or full refund is already made then you shall have no right to further contest a refund request or dispute or transaction reversal with BrozBot or a third-party payment service provider, bank or financial institution.
c. We may provide you with a discount for future services, an extra subscription period or subscription upgrade with a significantly greater benefit instead of a payment refund.
d. In case you have received the right for refund please note that all taxes amounts, that we have automatically accrued and paid in accordance with applicable law of jurisdiction you established, are to be excluded from the refundable amount. In any case you have no right to claim refunds of any paid by BrozBot taxes amounts.
e. BrozBot is not responsible for any fees that may be applied by your payment service provider when processing a refund.
